Some of you took part in a similar event to give thanks for chaplaincy in all its forms earlier this year. Now a date is set next month to once again focus on chaplaincy across the board. There'll be lots of conversation and prayers.
The online meeting on Tuesday January 14, from 7pm-8pm is open to everyone. Register soon to receive a prayer pack for the event. https://www.methodist.org.uk/for-churches/ministries/signpost-for-ministry/a-celebration-of-chaplaincy-with-the-president-and-vice-president-of-the-methodist-conference2/
Organisers would like to show some short videos of Chaplains answering this key question:
Tell us about a time when you’ve challenged injustice in your chaplaincy role?
We are looking for stories, of less than 1 minute, they say, to be sent to chaplaincies@methodistchurch.org.uk by January 8.
So if there is a time that comes to mind in your own ministry, do record a short piece to add to the debate that evening.
