Pope's good advice for Lenten 'fasting'

Pope Francis hits the mark with his advice for all of us this Lent.


It's not so much about going without certain items we might like to eat or drink, but refraining from ingrained negative habits and, at least, trying to pursue the alternative.


It's not surprising this is also a list of those good qualities we perceive in everyone who's growing old gracefully.
